Welcome to Sierra Ranch
Sierra Ranch is an ideal landing place for first-time homebuyers as well as move-up buyers.
Most homes are priced at or near median home prices for the Mesa area. Single- and two-story homes in Sierra Ranch are positioned on average-sized lots where residents can have a backyard to care for — but not one that will dominate every weekend with maintenance requirements.
Singles, young families, retirees, and seasonal (winter) visitors.
Homes within Sierra Ranch feature traditional Ranch, Tuscan and Southwestern motifs, with stucco exteriors, tile roofs and attached garages. Some homeowners choose to have lush, green lawns in their front yards, while others opt for desert landscaping. A homeowners’ association preserves the continuity of the community and overall aesthetics.
