Ann McNeil

As a teacher, Ann was passionate about supporting and guiding others to find their strengths. She treated her students, staff, and community with dignity and appreciation. Ann has the heart of a servant leader. After retiring from teaching in 2021, Ann and her husband were ready to move to sunny Arizona to write the next chapter of their story. They chose to lay down roots in Verrado and are thrilled to join that community.
Ann is passionate about serving others. She is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. Ann joined the Launch family and is part of the Siwek Team. Ann believes that a client's needs come first. She takes great pride in her role and believes hard work, integrity, and a genuine passion for serving others will make the home buying experience enjoyable for her clients. Ann's determination is unwavering, and she will serve her clients with the same care and compassion she had for her students.
Ann loves to spend time with her family, Blaine (husband), Emmalee and Mark (daughter and son-in-law), Jenna (daughter), Jake (son), and Hudson (golden retriever). Ann is an avid fitness and health nut. She loves to work out, play golf, pickleball, wake surf and go on walks. When she is not on the lake, she is enjoying the outdoors and the beautiful Arizona sunsets. In their free time, you may find Ann and her husband attending college and pro sporting events in the valley.
