Having lived and worked in Central Phoenix since 1978, Bobby has seen the area grow and change and has developed a network that proves essential in providing his clients with exceptional service. Helping deliver this excellent level of service is Kathy Wright, Bobby’s trusted professional assistant since 1999.
Not exclusive to the area, Bobby has also represented buyers and sellers across the Valley. And while traditional listings make up most of his transactions, Bobby is very experienced in dealing with high-profile clients as well as, court-ordered and bank-owned sales.
His tenure and knowledge position Bobby as a local expert in the real estate industry and he is frequently interviewed about the local and national real estate markets. In addition to providing interviews to many local television and news outlets, he also has a monthly column in the North Central News newspaper.
Bobby’s drive to succeed and be the best in the industry keeps him continuously working to stay on top of the latest information, trends, and technologies. He prides himself on his availability, always answering his phone and checking his emails.
Bobby was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and grew up there with his younger brother, Michael. He was introduced to Phoenix when they traveled to visit their father, who moved to Phoenix in the 1960s. Herb Lieb, Bobby’s father, was a charismatic entrepreneur and owned several local businesses. During these visits, Bobby fell in love with Arizona and decided to attend Arizona State University to play baseball for Coach Brock, eventually continuing his collegiate sports career with Coastal Carolina. He attributes much of his competitiveness to playing sports.
Returning to Phoenix in 1978, he worked with his father at the first private nightclub in Phoenix, The Jockey Club. It was there that he met his wife, MaryAnn, who was working as a DJ. They have been married since 1986 and have two children, Sean Lieb and Juliann Lieb, both of whom live in Phoenix. They also adopted one of MaryAnn’s youth mentors, Jesse Milleson, who now lives in New York City. They also have two boxer mixes we adopted from BoxerLuv Rescue – Shayna and Bennie. When he is not with his family, he is playing golf at any of the many courses in and around Phoenix.
