Chad moved to Arizona in early 2024, and immediately hit the ground running making as many connections as possible and finding the right spot where he could thrive and best serve his clients. He completed his degree at the University of Oregon where he studied Business Administration. Chad realized his passion for Real Estate in his third year of college and decided to get his license in Oregon while finishing school. He began to learn so much about the true power of Real Estate and was eager to help as many people as possible realize what they can accomplish through owning and investing in Real Estate. Whatever your focus is in Real Estate, Chad can surely help get the job done as he has extensive market knowledge, effective communication, negotiation skills, and the support of a great team behind him. Chad specializes in the Luxury Market, finding off market opportunities, Investment and Development opportunities. In his free time you can find him on the golf course, traveling, in the water somewhere or working out, and of course spending quality time with his family and friends.
