Frank DiMaggio is the co-founder of MDF Development, and the Managing Partner of Launch/Compass based in Scottsdale Arizona.
As a real estate agent Frank has consistently ranked among the top 10 producers in the industry, boasting impressive sales figures of $106 million in 2021, $95 million in 2022, and $103 million in 2023. In 2021 Frank was given the award of “Deal Maker of the Year” by his brokerage. As the CEO of MDF Development, Frank has spearheaded one of the valley’s preeminent luxury building companies. With over $100 million in real estate investments bought and sold personally in the past five years, Frank possesses a savvy investment-oriented approach. His sales have consistently approached or exceeded $100 million annually since he committed to real estate sales full-time. A seasoned veteran who has lived in the valley almost 20 years, Frank specializes in the Paradise Valley & Scottsdale real estate market. He collaborates with premier home designer Lauren Wallace, building some of Paradise Valley's finest properties and setting records for highest price per square foot sales in gated communities.
Recently, Frank made waves in the industry by selling Arizona's most expensive residential real estate lot—a 1.25-acre parcel fetching an astonishing $7 million, setting a record at $129 per square foot for raw land. Frank also sold the 3rd most expensive price per square foot single family house in the history of Phoenix (Arcadia Proper) at $1,161. He is the only agent to average 100 million dollars in sales for the first 3 years as a full-time residential real estate agent in Arizona history.
Frank, a former professional baseball player and relative of Yankee legend Joe DiMaggio, resides in Paradise Valley Farms with his wife Lauren and their son Walker.
