Residing in the citrus-lined streets of Arcadia Proper, Jon has built strong relationships within the community and developed a deep understanding of the local market. Since becoming a licensed agent in 2021, he has quickly established himself as a trusted name in the industry. Jon specializes in off-market transactions, with many of his deals occurring privately.

Jon's passion for real estate began in 2009 when he purchased his first home, sparking a desire to help others experience the same excitement of homeownership. This passion inspired him to pursue real estate as his second career — a move driven by purpose and a commitment to serving his clients.

Outside of real estate, Jon cherishes family life with his wife, Jaclyn, and their three wonderful children. He enjoys coaching his kids in youth sports and taking walks with Jaclyn. Dedicated to giving back, Jon also serves as a board member for the Emily Whitehead Foundation, a nonprofit supporting pediatric cancer patients and their caregivers.
