Kim Peacock

Coming from a long lineage of hairdressing, Kim organically entered into the art of hair styling at a young age and was guided by LA’s most eclectic trends. In a search of a slower pace of life, yet the opportunity to stretch her entrepreneurial spirit, Kim moved to Arizona, started a family and embarked on a journey that could be deemed a movie in the making. Today, Kim and her husband/business partner own and operate several respected local entities; Chace Salon, a valley wide staple for almost two decades, an extraordinary 501 c 3 organization named after their late son, the Tyler Peacock Foundation, and the latest power couple endeavor CK Home Group, a real estate collaboration specializing in luxury residential and commercial property. Kim is a certified yoga instructor along with her many other passions, and in her balance of work, health, healing, and leisure Kim can be found indulging in a round of golf, traveling, or simply enjoying friends and family in the heart of her home, cooking, laughing, and making long lasting memories. Kim is married to Cory Flotta, and has 4 extraordinary children; Chelsea, Sydney, Tyler, and Ryan. Whether Kim is practicing yoga, donating time to her philanthropic world, or creating life changing moments for her real estate clients, all of the aforementioned lends to the powerful opportunity to touch people personally. Exemplifying prominent attributes of care, empathy, strength, and loyalty to so many are Kim’s guiding principles and have created the fabric for whom she aims to be as a spouse, mother, friend, and prominent community leader.
