In addition to her proven sales skills, Lauralee’s astute design sense provides a valuable service to both buyers and sellers.

Laura Lee takes pride in the competitive side of the business and is only results driven. 2019 alone has seen closed transactions stemming from a historical bungalow to an Estate on Camelback mountain-- these success stories stem from the belief that real estate is not only an investment in property, but more importantly, an investment in people. Through four decades of real estate, Lauralee has built a strong business through a referral network of repeat clients and opportunist investors.

Launch was established as a home for experienced, high producing, reputable agents. Lauralee is one of the 13 cofounders. With close to 200 agents, Launch is rapidly taking over the market. Our unique work/live office in Old Town Scottsdale is a favorite destination. The word Launch means little other than ACTION. We are about action and getting things done for our clients.

On a personal note, Lauralee has had children in both public and private schools in the area, has owned investment properties, primary residencies, “flips”, and still enjoys working with the first time home buyer.
