Michele Schwanz

Residing in different communities throughout the Phoenix area has given Michele her love and appreciation for the Valley. From raising her two daughters to helping her husband of 25 years grow his business, she has watched the community expand and change. The experiences of purchasing personal, as well as commercial properties, have helped her come up with a customer-first attitude! Taking the time to truly listen and understand each client’s needs and knowing the various communities inside-out helps her connect her clients with the best neighborhoods for them. Aside from real estate, Michele and her family have been involved in charitable affiliations with the Boys and Girls Club of Scottsdale and Kindles for Kids through Phoenix Children’s Hospital. When Michele is not working, she spends her free time with family & friends, enjoys trying out new restaurants, and playing with their horses at the barn.
