Suzanne Johnson was raised in Arizona, drawn to real estate, and started working for a developer and homebuilder prior to graduating high school.
After learning every aspect of home building not limited to marketing, cost estimates, annexations, and entitlements for residential development, she entered the Commercial market at 21 with State Farm Real Estate Investment and found her calling. Working with institutional owners for asset management, leasing, and disposition along with undeveloped land sales and development have been the focus of her 40+ year real estate career.
Along with raising 3 sons and blessed with 5 grandsons, Suzanne has always contributed to her community. Awarded the City of Mesa Virgina Lamb award for Outstanding Community Leadership and her real estate experience led to an appointment on the City of Mesa Planning & Zoning Board for 6 years, most recently serving as the Chairman. During that tenure, Suzanne was implemental in crafting and approving the City of Mesa 2040 General Plan, Eastmark development plan, and creating a new zoning code for Mesa that is developer friendly.
