Suzanne Mallory

Prior to real estate, Suzanne spent 25+ years in the Beauty, Spa, Hospitality and Wellness industries. She held numerous leadership roles at the Wella Corporation and TIGI Linea in Dallas, as well as the iconic Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa in the Phoenix Biltmore, The Phoenician Centre for Wellbeing and KSL Resorts in San Diego.

In 2017, Suzanne left the corporate world to help care for her aging parents in Boise. During this period, she played the key role in managing her parents’ downsizing and relocation processes, first to Active Senior Living and then to Assisted Living.

When her father passed away in 2022, she managed a third relocation for her mother to sunny Arizona. Throughout these many changes over the years, Suzanne directly experienced the obstacles that seniors and their families/caregivers may face during downsizing, organizing, buying and selling, and particularly the emotional challenges stemming from the loss of independence and familiarity, along with the feelings of fear and uncertainty when transitioning to new living environments. Having gained this invaluable experience, she developed a deep understanding and passionate advocacy for seniors. This prompted her to consider how she could utilize her expertise in service and her desire to assist others who are facing similar challenges.

Suzanne holds the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation and brings experience in Luxury Home Real Estate and Property Management.

Suzanne strongly believes that the transition for seniors can be made much smoother and should be an enjoyable, exciting experience as they move into their next living environment. Given her hospitality background, Suzanne is dedicated to exceeding expectations and delivering excellence with each client.

When she’s not working, you can find her riding her bike, practicing yoga and pilates, wine tasting, spending time with family and friends, and snuggling her two little dogs, Parker and Beauregard.
