Born and raised in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Alexandria “Lexie” Fabor’s real estate career began after graduating from The George Washington University when she began working in commercial real estate with Manulife Financial representing the company's real estate investments of over 6 million square feet of office and retail space in Washington DC. Licensed in 2007, she cut her teeth in the real estate market during the Great Recession. She earned her broker’s license in 2010 and served as managing broker for a top-rated international real estate company in Scottsdale for five years. One of the first hires at the newly formed Launch Real Estate in 2016, she has helped the company grow its unique agent-focused culture since the company’s inception. Lexie’s background in traditional residential sales, new home sales, short sales, and bank-owned properties gave her the experience and knowledge on how to protect the consumer and provide exceptional quality of care.

Lexie a life-long resident of Phoenix and Scottsdale attended Phoenix Country Day School, had a brief stint in Washington DC while attending the George Washington University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in International Economics with minors in French and Art History. Personally, Lexie enjoys reading historical fiction and playing trivia. She and her husband, Sean, enjoy cooking, dining out, and traveling with their daughter. Lexie serves on the board of North Central Parenting Group and is committed to supporting animal welfare charities in honor of her two forever pets Wyatt and Richard.
