Shopping can be found just a few short miles west at the luxury Biltmore Fashion Park or to the east at high-end Scottsdale Fashion Square, plus there are more than a dozen posh boutiques nearby for adult and children’s apparel, gifts and home décor.

What Not To Expect

New construction or cookie-cutter homes.

While some of the homes in Rancho Ventura have been updated or completely remodeled, the charm of the original floorplans, fixtures and furnishings are a big part of what make this neighborhood so special. Some of the single-story traditional ranch homes feature original wood cabinetry, brick fireplaces, flooring and hardware. Others have been remodeled to reflect a more modern style with an open-concept floorplan, upgraded kitchens and renovated bathrooms.

Established in 1946, The Rancho Ventura Neighborhood Association is a volunteer organization dedicated to maintaining and improving the neighborhood, increasing safety, reducing crime through an active Block Watch, assisting neighbors, addressing/resolving issues and encouraging the preservation of this tight-knit community. Run by an elected board of directors, the Rancho Ventura Neighborhood Association sends out newsletters, holds regular meetings and hosts plenty of family-friendly community fundraisers such as an annual fall festival and chili cook-off.
