When it was developed in the mid-1980s, Warner Ranch was considered remote by Phoenix standards — but that was before development took over the East Valley. What Not To Expect
A vibrant nightlife or a club scene.
This is a quiet suburb, away from the bustling Friday nights you might experience in parts of Downtown/Old Town Scottsdale. Because Warner Ranch is long-established, residents don't need to wait for shopping, retail, dining or other options to come to the area. It's all there, within just minutes of a resident's front door. For example, Chandler Fashion Center is only a mile away, while locally owned shops and restaurants pepper the area’s smaller shopping centers. What’s more, Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino is only 15 minutes away.

A drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport takes only 20 minutes, while the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport in Mesa is approximately 30 minutes to the east.
